Engen 1App is designed as the ultimate solution for motorists, offering a suite of features and services right at their fingertips. The main goal of the Engen 1App is to make the click-and-collect process as efficient, seamless, and enjoyable as possible.
Additionally, we were tasked with developing the Engen Extranet system, enabling petrol station owners to track fuel, deliveries, statuses, competitions, and promotions—all within an intuitive and easy-to-navigate platform.

The Challenge
Creating an app that caters to a diverse user base—motorists of all ages, technical abilities, and preferences—posed a significant challenge. We needed to strike the right balance between simplicity and advanced features to ensure a seamless user experience for everyone.
Addressing these challenges required a deep understanding of user behavior, meticulous planning, effective stakeholder communication, and an iterative design process.
Solution
Our approach was rooted in a thorough and iterative design process. It started with extensive research to understand our target audience, their needs, and pain points. We conducted user interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to pinpoint key features and functionalities.
Approach
